Considered by many to be the Oscars of Recruitment, the RAD Awards showcases the work of organisations who produce outstanding recruitment content. Over the last 30 years, they have acknowledged the best of recruitment marketing, from candidate experience and creative to social media.

AIA’s winning work was recognised in the Best Graduate Campaign and Integrated Campaign categories. For its Best Graduate Campaign win, the judges commented the campaign felt “fresh, exciting and new” and they loved the interactive element and engaging social content. Additionally, the Best Integrated Campaign was praised for the range of media used, which helped to deliver impressive results in terms of applications and awareness.

TMP Worldwide Captures Numerous Honors For Its TalentBrew Career Site Platform April 30, 2019

NEW YORK (April 30, 2019) – TMP Worldwide, a global leader in talent acquisition technologies, announced today that it was presented with 16 awards from two prestigious award ceremonies; the Webby Awards and Internet Advertising Competition (IAC). These wins showcase career sites that utilize TMP Worldwide’s TalentBrew software, which predicts, personalizes and influences the candidate experience to help companies build and retain the right talent.

For the Webby Awards, also known as the ‘Oscars of the Internet,’ TMP received five ‘Honoree Awards’ in the Employment Website category. To be an esteemed ‘Honoree Award’ recipient, the company’s entries, all of which are built on its TalentBrew platform, were judged to be in the top 20% of the 13,000 that were submitted globally. The Webby Awards are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) and they are the leading international awards organization recognizing excellence on the Internet.

At this year’s IACs, TMP Worldwide took home 11 awards; 10 in the Outstanding Website category and one in the Best Employment Website category for company career sites built on its TalentBrew software platform. Founded by The Web Marketing Association (WMA), which established a high standard for internet marketing and corporate website development, the IAC Awards highlight online advertising in 96 industries and nine online formats, including online ad, video, mobile, email and social media.

The Web Marketing Association (WMA), which was founded to help set a high standard for internet marketing and corporate web development on the World Wide Web, created the IAC Awards so companies and individuals could enter their best work to be judged against other work in its own industry. The IAC Awards provide an opportunity to highlight online advertising in 96 industries and nine online formats including online ad, video, mobile, newsletter, email and social media.

TMP Worldwide received a total of 18 different awards across 14 different categories for its work on behalf of their clients, including Best Employment Online Video, Best Employment Website and Best Employment Online Campaign, just to name a few. In addition to the 18 award wins, TMP Worldwide also took home the Top Agency award at this year's IAC Awards.

Company Ties with the Most Wins in Three Category Awards

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (February 6, 2017) -- AIA Worldwide, a global leader in talent acquisition technologies, today announced that it has won three major awards at the 2017 RAD Awards, held on 26 January.

For 27 years, the RAD’s have championed the very best of recruitment marketing by recognizing all areas of recruitment communications, from candidate experience and social media to best overall campaign. The awards showcase the work of Human Resources professionals and agencies in producing outstanding recruitment content through innovation and skill and effectiveness, while honoring those who lead the way in recruitment communications.

AIA Worldwide took home two awards for its work on behalf of their client, Thales, a global technology leader in aerospace, transportation, and defence and security markets. The categories included Best Graduate Campaign and Best School Leaver/Apprenticeship for the Thales “Together We” campaign. In addition, AIA was also awarded Best Employer Website for their work on Marks & Spencer, a major multinational retailer headquartered in Paddington, London.
